These terms apply to ATP Exam Study, Commercial Pilot Exam Study, and the AeroPrep website.
Educational purpose
The apps are supplemental study tools. They do not provide flight instruction, operational authorization, certification, or a guarantee of passing an examination. Users remain responsible for consulting current official publications and requirements.
No official affiliation
ATP Exam Study and Commercial Pilot Exam Study are independent FAA study products. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the FAA or any test-preparation publisher.
Accuracy and changes
Aviation rules, publications, and examination standards may change. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain useful study content, but no representation is made that every item will remain current for every authority, category, or examination date.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
The app design, original software, and original presentation are protected by applicable law. Users may use the apps for personal study and may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
