Information collected by the apps
The current versions do not require an account and do not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. Study progress and preferences are stored locally on the user’s device.
Tracking and advertising
The apps do not use third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or analytics services. The AeroPrep website does not use advertising cookies or account-based tracking. The PCA / PTL site's checklist and study planner use local browser storage on your device.
Support communications
If you contact support by email, the information you choose to provide is used only to respond to your request and resolve the reported issue. Do not send passwords, identification documents, or other sensitive information.
Apple services
Apple may process information related to App Store downloads, purchases, and device services under Apple’s own privacy policies. AeroPrep does not control Apple’s processing.
Children’s privacy
The apps are aviation exam-preparation tools and are not directed to children under 13. They do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If app features or data practices change, this page will be updated before the change applies. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
